"Democracy Dollars" to Make Everyone a Campaign Donor, Cut Power of Wealthy
Why wouldn't those who wish to influence the election simply purchase the donations of others? After all, legally it wouldn't be the same as paying someone for their vote - right?
And isn't this the equivalent of the government acknowledging that elected positions are for sale?
