Interesting. One has to note that The government of the USA derives it's authority from the people - i.e. by the consent of the governed. That will bring one around the house to the discussion of whether or not the American revolution against Great Britain was in accordance with God's directions. And that - if one is diligent, will bring one to some really excellent writing by the founders of this nation. Go check it out.
