Peril in the Pentagon: Gen. Milley Goes Behind the Back of 'Crazy' Pres...
Even if Mr. Milley thought the POTUS was insane, there is a procedure he should have followed and going behind the POTUS' back and talking to the Chinese is not anywhere in that procedure.
