It seems to this blogger that these progressives use stereotypical bad guys spouting conservative ideals to tell the truth they don't like, in order to demonize the truth. As though the sky would no longer be blue if an evil tyrant said that it was. The truth remains the truth regardless of who speaks it but, by making sure that only the bad guy speaks the truth, theses progressives think that they can change the truth to conform to what they think it should be.
