No. Smaller, rural hospitals are closing because of the PPACA - as was predicted when it was passed. May 111th Congress who passed that tyrannical, unconstitutional piece of garbage live in infamy.
And may that infamy be shared with those who ran on the promise of repealing it but who, when granted membership in the House and the Senate with a POTUS who promised to sign any repeal, did not do so.
