Q and A with Senator Leibham part 1

Over the weekend I attended a Q and A session with Wisconsin State Senator Joe Leibham. Mr Leibham wanted to concentrate on the budget, but did get into other topics towards the end of the session. This was over two hours long, so I have several videos to process and I will post them two or three at a time to keep the posts manageable.
