The Rule of Law is Dead

Rodney Lee Conover posted this on Facebook:"So let me get this straight: This is the day when every independent thinking person in America turned from being a racist into a sexist?
This is the day when America realized that being a true Feminist is clinging to your cheating, lying, redneck husband to achieve your goals.
And don't forget, if fat 'n horny Bubba humiliates you and your young daughter in public - that's okay, it's worth it ladies! Stay with that man - he's your ticket.

Hillary is sad and angry and she's going to take it out on you."

This is my reply:
I think that this is the day that Americans of all stripes got slapped in the face with the knowledge that the rule of law is no longer in force in America.

Because when someone who has openly confessed to breaking the law has not even been arrested, much less charged because of who she is, then where are we as a nation? Does she get a pass because she's a former first lady(The only first lady in American history to have been fingerprinted - because she had been concealing documents regarding the Whitewater firm) or a former member of Congress or the Sec of State?

Does holding high office make one automatically immune from the rule of law? Do we now have a ruling class that need not fear the government's decrees - which are only for lesser people anyway. If the rest of us can even be considered to be people to those whose aspirations are so high and pure that they must not be held accountable to the standards and laws of lesser men.

Notice, that in the section of code she has willfully and knowingly violated, it says that she is disqualified from holding ANY office under the United States.

I am aware that she claims, however ludicrously, that she didn't know it was illegal. Please. She is a lawyer who served with (and was dismissed in shame from) the law firm that prosecuted President nixon. A lawyer who served as first lady whilst committing the same crime of concealing documents IN the White House. A lawyer who went on to serve as a Senator (illegally). A lawyer who was appointed to be the Secretary of State(also illegally). a LAWYER who is now claiming that she didn't know it was illegal for her to have her own private, insecure server for governmental correspondence, which she has since destroyed. And I am the Easter Bunny.

18 U.S.C. § 2071 : US Code - Section 2071: Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

"(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both, and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term "office" does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States." [Emphasis mine]

If Ms. hillary rodham-clinton is not arrested and charged with the crime to which she has already publicly confessed, then the rule of law is dead. But then, no one is really surprised since it was pretty sick already, given the lawlessness and malfeasance of Mr. obama.

"And it came to pass, that there went out some of the people on the seventh day for to gather, and they found none.
And the Lord said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to keep my commandments and my laws?
see, for that the Lord hath given you the sabbath, therefore he giveth you on the sixth day the bread of two days: abide ye every man in his place, let noman go out of his place on the seventh day."
~ Exodus 16:27-29
