Is This Catholic Celebration Demonic?

Halloween is one of the easiest opportunities to witness that there is. People send their children to your door to ask you to give them a something good!

Give them a Bible tract  with the candy.
(The Ten Commandment coins sold by Living Waters ministry have created discussions about religion/faith/etc before the end of the driveway in groups of kids and at the end of the driveway when little ones proudly their parents the huge shiny coin they got.)

Many will say that Halloween is the devil's holiday and when evil is strongest and etc.

Is that the time to abandon the field? Especially when children are coming to your door asking for something sweet? What is sweeter than the gospel? Seize the opportunity to witness to children.

"35 And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.
36 And he took a child, and set him in the midst of them: and when he had taken him in his arms, he said unto them,
37 Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me." ~ Mark 9

"4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
5 Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?
6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded." ~ James 4
