Cameras In Classrooms! Good Idea or An Orwellian Nightmare?

I would prefer to take this as an opportunity to re-imagine the entire public school system.

A good start, imo, would be to put parents in charge of any federal per student money and let teachers/tutors/schools compete for the students.

Want to homeschool but need a tutor for the subjects you don't feel qualified to teach? Get a private tutor for those. Feel like you can do it all yourself? have an option where those funds that parents don't use in a year can be put towards studies abroad or college or invested for whatever tools a child that wants to go into a trade may need.
