Jury nullification is an appropriate tool for a free nation, but only when the people are courageous enough to do the right thing regardless of the propaganda/terrorists threatening to riot if the favored verdict isn't reached. This is where one's worldview and degree of study regarding the founding principles of this nation come into play.
