This Bill Takes Away A Parent's Right To Protect Their Child

The adults running these institutions are presenting themselves as someone who can be trusted with a grant of in locos parentis authority while declaring that the PARENTS are not trustworthy to raise their own child and attempting to deny parents actual parental authority over their child. 

This is appalling.
