If America Falls, There is No Other America to Come To Our Rescue.

As another Presidential election looms and the polling calls and emails begin, it behooves us to take a moment and consider how very divisive and manipulative the various narratives have become. What is easily noted in these days is that there has been far too much concentration on "my side" instead of "our side". America is supposed to be "our side". (That is what President Trump tapped into with his MAGA slogan. And it is a wonderful sentiment.)

Our children have been indoctrinated into progressive values, leaving the founding philosophies of this nation to rot when they are the very philosophies we need to maintain the republic. They are also being taught to hate this nation by the lies of CRT.

No president can fix that. 

The president presides, he or she does not rule. The president is not a king. (Regardless of the egregious misuses of executive orders in recent decades.)

The only ones who can fix that is us. You, my fellow Americans, need to revisit - or in some cases visit for the first time - our founding philosophies, morals, values and ethics.

You and I are the authority behind this government and with US is the responsibility of maintaining the republic. 

 Judeo-Christian morals, values and ethics are at the very heart of this nation. ONLY that system has the leeway for tolerance of other views that allows such a nation as ours to survive and thrive as it has to this point in history. But for the republic to survive, there MUST be a majority of people who subscribe to those Judeo-Christian values, morals and ethics, regardless of whether or not they believe in the Judeo-Christian God. Our very character as a nation is shaped by them. 

As John Adams said in his address to the Massachusetts militia in 1798: 

"Because We have no Government armed with Power capable of contending with human Passions unbridled by ... morality and Religion. Avarice, Ambition ... and ... Revenge or Galantry, would break the strongest Cords of our Constitution as a Whale goes through a Net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other"

(Gallantry is what is being abused in our current culture and egregiously abused by those who lie to those who haven't bothered to do their duty as citizens to check whether they are being lied to. "Don't check on that thing I said, don't use critical thinking skills, just do what we tell you and you, too can be a hero.")

If we are not united in one set of morals, ethics and values, the nation will tear itself apart and that is what we have been seeing. 

Not that such a change in the foundation of our citizenry has been without those in the background undermining the supports of the Judeo-Christian ethic that is absolutely required to maintain this republic. Those entities have become so embedded in our system that many who have been shaped by those other ideas are not even aware of it. 

The insidious creep of the Frankfurt school through our educational institutions continues and here we are. They and their disciples, knowing disciples or not, are ready to reap the fruits of their over a century long plans.

And they have been aided by outside enemies as well. How many companies, once American, now answer to other nations? Nations opposed to America and all it stands for?  Nations who believe that the government should run the lives of individuals rather than allowing individuals to run their own lives and make their own choices - even when those choices do not agree with what those in the government wish to see. 

That is the danger of freedom, you see. The danger that your neighbor may not do with their freedom what you would prefer. A pure democracy is a mob deciding that an individual may be deprived of life, liberty and property without the consent of the one so deprived. Our republic is designed to hold that mob back and apply the law to any given situation. It is the people who shape the law and without the Judeo-Christian moral and ethical foundation under the people, they will not shape laws consistent with the maintenance of this republic or with the individual freedom that has ever been it's hallmark.

No elected official can do that for us. We, as individuals and as a nation MUST return to the principles, morals, values and ethical foundations that shaped this nation or she will be lost. Not lost because of this President or that, not lost because of this nation or that nation, not lost because of this or that movement, but lost because We The People - as individuals - failed to educate ourselves on our own history and foundations. Because WE rejected the hard work and responsibility of citizenship and voted out those who would have maintained the republic. Because WE failed to educate ourselves and outr children regarding the different schools of philosophy and religions and how each of them affect the culture and governments who embrace them, to see the value in what our founders designed. Founders who were NOT ignorant of such things. Founders who did that study and carefully chose this form of government. Founders who understood that it would be up to each and every individual citizen to maintain or destroy it through their diligence in informing themselves and their votes.

WE are the ones choosing our fate. Until those whose passions, running unbridled by religion and morality,(Although they claim a form of morality to justify their ever changing and growing demands for fealty, regardless of the reality around us) become more numerous than those who have done their homework and their duty to be informed citizens and vote us into tyranny. 

Speak up you fence-sitters! Now is the time. 

Speak up you who think you don't know enough about it - do your duty and find out what you need to know.

Speak up, you who recognize the threat of bowing down to those who lie to us and our children and insist that objective reality is other than it is. 

Speak up or remain silent and go down into darkness. There will be no America to come to our rescue if we fail.

Speak up. Educate yourselves and vote accordingly. and do not allow yourselves to be peer pressured by media into acknowledging a lie as anything other than a lie.

A House Divided ... To Mask or Not to Mask and The Real Threat

Today, on a phone call, a friend asked:" Do you think there is any hope left for this country? It looks like communism is being installed." The question is relevant and timely. Here are a few thoughts going forward.

For all those on both sides of the mask question, just stop it. 

1.  Yes, the virus is a real virus. It does cause fatalities.
2. Yes, the numbers on those fatalities are garbage, but that doesn't mean that people aren't dying or being severely affected and we will not know how many until it has gone through the population and perhaps not even then.Don't let the numbers be a hindrance to good behavior.
3.  Yes, wearing a mask carries health risks too.
4.  Yes, the Constitution says we may peacefully protest and gather in our churches to worship and sing, if we so choose, and the government is in error to attempt to stop such things.
5.  Yes, government restrictions on our movements are a slippery slope - if we accept them without seeking redress.
6. Yes, civil disobedience is appropriate.
7. No, we should not shame people for not wearing masks because some people have medical issues that make it dangerous for them to do so.  
8. Yes, your civil disobedience is endangering those who are most vulnerable among us. Freedom is not safe, it's just safer than the alternatives.
9. No, the virus is not a world wide conspiracy, it is a virus. And, of course those looking for power will use it to attempt to get some.
10. Yes, many, both in government and wishing to be in government are taking advantage of this pandemic to attempt to implement their own vision of the USA on the rest of us. 
11. Yes, we should wear masks when we are asked to do so by businesses, because that is the correct and polite thing to do. They have the right to request it of their patrons. 
12. Yes, we should refuse to wear a mask when it is mandated by government because that is an overreach of the authority we granted to them through the US Constitution. And if we are arrested for it - or even if we are not, we take it to the courts. That's how the system works.
13. Yes, we should be thankful for this virus because it has given us the opportunity to get our houses in order on all levels.  

 --- It has reminded us that death is coming to all and we do not know when, so we should have our affairs in order for those we love.

--- It has shown us which government officials understand and agree with the US Constitution and which do not - giving us the opportunity to remove them.

--- It has given parents the opportunity to really have a look at what the schools are teaching and get to know their children better. 

--- It has given businesses the opportunity to re-examine their business models and philosophies. 

--- It has given the nation the opportunity to see which other nations are behaving in a civilized manner and which are not. 

--- It has given the nation the opportunity to examine our supply chain and see how it can be made better. 

What we do not need is for the overzealous to be using this virus to divide us any further than we already are. 
Stop obsessing over masks and start discussing the divisions among us that the mask issue (And the superfluous concentration - in opposition to the actual facts - on racism) has revealed. 

This nation is clearly divided and we need to be thinking about how to move forward through that division. Many people seem very unhappy to be living here and think this nation is the worst place on Earth. They disagree so strongly with the founding philosophies and principles of this nation that they could be said to be aiding and abetting her enemies. Perhaps we need to have a discussion about that. Perhaps we need to ask the government to create a program to help those people to relocate to a nation where they think they would be happier and more successful in exchange for the revocation of their US citizenship.

This author suggests that option cautiously because this nation was designed to be changed by her citizens when necessary. But the point of having the Constitution as the supreme law of the land is to protect future generations from the fads of an ever changing culture. Too, there is the recognition that, this nation was designed for a people who shared certain morals, values and ethics. Specifically the Judeo-Christian morals, values and ethics. If we, as a nation, no longer share them, then the nation cannot survive.

The goal was to create a nation in which all could prosper while maintaining a respect for the rights of the individual. We have to agree on what those rights are. We have to agree on what the role of government is in maintaining those rights. Given the creation of the BREATHE act (not yet introduced to Congress at the time of this writing) and the leeway given by certain leaders to allow rioting and looting while condemning peaceful assembly, we are no longer  in agreement on fundamental precepts. 

We need to be asking if this is a widespread disagreement - as nearly the whole of the MSM would paint it - or just the disagreement of a few power weasels with "loud " voices through some degree of control over the MSM/Entertainment industries. Because the solutions we need to find depend on the answer to that question. (One cannot help but to wonder what would be found if the W-2's of those engaging in/instigating violence were to be closely examined.)

We have a lot of work to do to get our house in order, America. So lets stop arguing about masks and whether or not it is a political statement to wear one and start asking where we can find reasonably unbiased "loud" voices to cover the discussions we need to be having to get our house in order.  "A house divided against itself cannot stand." And there are outside actors - and some inside ones(Antifa, BLM, DSA, CAIR, and etc) - pushing for our "house" to fall. We are not without enemies and they are acting to bind us by our own decency. After all, the word "racist" only affects those who find racism to be appalling. This nation so believes in freedom that she paid for the freedom of slaves with the blood of over 600,000 of her citizens. 

Don't let yourselves be distracted and divided by masks - which, after all is said and sifted, may be a matter of good manners and, yes, protecting Grandma and Grandpa and that wonderful 5 year old with the heart condition and even that healthy young man who dives for a living. By all means remove those who use government to impose a mask on you, but don't neglect to protect the vulnerable when you may, by choice, do so.

Gun Control,The Death of the Nation

What is conspicuously missing from both sides in the debate over gun control is that the purpose of the 2nd amendment is NOT self defense or hunting.

The purpose of the 2nd amendment is to ensure that the people (who are the grantors of governmental authority) always retain the power to maintain the republic or - should it be too far gone - to alter or abolish it.

"That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." ~ Declaration of IndependenceThe tendency of the human heart is towards evil and the tendency of government is towards tyranny. These are the truths that the founders recognized when they were writing both the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. Those truths have not changed, nor will they so long as humanity and government exist.

Were there a way that government could stop such mass murders, then the debate might be a reasonable one. But, there is no way for the government to prevent an individual from turning towards violence of this sort. There will always be evil people. There will always be hurting people. Criminals do not obey the law and if those bent on such actions cannot obtain a firearm, they will use a knife or a vehicle or an explosive or something else. 

Those who would disarm the citizenry are calling for nothing less than the death and destruction of this nation. And, given that no amount of legislative gun control will stop those who are bent on committing these acts of violence, no number of shootings by those who embrace evil is enough to justify the destruction of the USA.

The Real Question

I think it is time to ask ourselves if this nation is any longer fit to shoulder the responsibilities that such freedoms require. Government's answer is no. What say you, America?

Because This is America and freedom of religion has natural limits as do all unalienable rights. You may not yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater and you may not kill someone for drawing a cartoon. If you don't like that, get out.

Marriage in Wisconsin and the United States

One of the most appalling things about the entire "gay marriage" issue has been the failure of the judiciary to recognize the fundamental meaning of the term "marriage" from a strictly logical standpoint. Marriage is a contract between two individuals regarding the production of children in which the parties to the contract mutually agree that any children they produce from the resources of their bodies will be produced with the other party to the contract. This contract does not require the production of children, nor does it prohibit adoption. Such a contract does, however, require that the parties to the contract be one male and one female because that is the only combination of individuals that can produce offspring between them. 

No religious arguments are necessary. In fact, I am convinced that they are merely a red herring to distract and demean any who might oppose the efforts of the lgbt political power seeking machine..

Homosexual couples say they want the legislative benefits that come with marriage, but they do not want to go through the legislative process to get them. This undermines the rule of law

To redefine a legal term like marriage to provide a legislative shortcut for one group of people is nothing less than to undermine the rule of law itself. Words, particularly words as powerful as "marriage", must mean what they meant when they were written in the law. If they do not then no legislation is binding. It cannot be, because next week or next year key words may be subject to having their definitions changed to provide more legislative shortcuts.

Here is the 500 pound gorilla in the room that everyone sees but that no one wants to talk about: It is also necessary to legislate these benefits by redefinition because a sane society will not condone such an unhealthy lifestyle choice, nor should it. But the problem is that this method of handling the challenges of homosexual couples who are raising children has serious, long term consequences that should not be ignored or shoved under the rug to make people feel good about themselves. The destruction of the rule of law by undermining the integrity of the language is not something reasonable people should ignore.

This is reflective of a society which has rejected the existence of absolute moral values as their guiding principles. In other nations this might not be such a big deal, for the people in other nations  are under the authority of their governments. For America, however, it is a disaster of epic proportions.
This government was DESIGNED for a moral and religious people. Not because the founders were religious fanatics(although I have no doubt that they would be counted as such in today's society) but because in order for a people to be the repository of governmental authority, the people must have a shared set of absolute values outside of the government in order to promote trust and consistency in the society itself.

It is shameful that the judiciary of this nation is so lacking in logic skills that they cannot work out this simple thing. I do not expect the same selfish people who value their own appearance of patriotism over the lives of our military to understand or sacrifice for the preservation of  the most successful nation in the history of the world, but I do expect it from the judiciary.

To Alter or Abolish

Mr. Obama has once again shown how jarringly out of step he is with American ideals in his comments to Egypt yesterday. "The United States continues to believe firmly that the best foundation for lasting stability in Egypt is a democratic political order with participation from all sides and all political parties," His urging to restore leadership to a democratically elected government not only presumes that democracy is the form of government the people of Egypt want, but hints that he would rather like to see his muslim brotherhood compatriot Mr. Morsi reinstated.
This statement: "Obama said the United States expects the military to "ensure the rights" of Egyptian citizens "during this uncertain period." indicates a fundamental lack of understanding of the American ethos. One that, sadly, is shared by too many Americans.

 We just finished celebrating Independence day in America. It is a day that commemorates the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This document recognizes that both the form and authority of government comes from the people and that the people are to be those who decide their form of government. Should this apply to Egypt? In my opinion, BECAUSE I am an American, it should. To quote the D.O.I. "--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."  However, I recognize that the people of Egypt are adults who can make their own decisions. Perhaps, at this point, they would prefer a military dictatorship or even some sort of monarchy. The point is it is up to them to decide. At least by my uniquely American understanding.

In the opinion of the founders of this nation,  a democracy is less desirable than any other form of government because it provides the least stability. It is mob rule rather than rule of law. So to see the usurper who is sitting in the seat of the POTUS urging the citizens of another nation, who have just stepped up to the plate of designing their own government, to adopt a democratic form of government is appalling. He might as well be saying, yes, set yourselves up for failure, so that I can assist my good buddies in the muslim brotherhood into power again.

An Order of Magnitude

That is the phrase used when one wishes to describe a large or significant difference between two things. 
Such as the difference between the current administration's actions regarding the economy and their response to the deliberate attack on our consulate in Libya and the murder of our ambassador and 3 other citizens.

The reason this is appropriate, to say that there is an order of magnitude's difference in those actions, is because the difference is one of such vast import to the American people, that to classify it otherwise would be unthinkable.

An administration may make economic policies that affect thousands, or hundreds of thousands of Americans negatively. In general, we recognize that such things are a matter of suffering through a temporary difference of economic ideologies.  We expect that reality will cause such policies to self correct over time. It is not seen as an indication that those who have been granted authority over those policies despise us or account the individual as being of little intrinsic worth. 

The response of this administration to the deliberate act of war against us and the murder of our citizens is not a matter of differing ideologies that will self correct. This is a matter of declaring to the world  how we, here in America view the value of an individual life. Yes, there are national security and foreign policy concerns attached to this, but the primary purpose our response needs to address is: How do we, as a nation, regard the value of a single human life? In other times, the answer to that question was inseparable from the given response. Devastatingly, that response has changed under this administration. And that is what makes me sick in my very soul.

In my experience of life, America, as a nation has regarded human life in the same way as does the God of the Bible. That is to say; that every human being is intrinsically valuable. The SCOTUS' inappropriate meddling in Roe vs Wade (not to mention their inappropriate ruling-a matter of cowardice) dealt that understanding a severe blow, but it was not a death blow. It was more along the lines of a difficult question regarding the balance between an individual's right to privacy and control of one's own bodily processes and another individual's right to life. (I think that life overrules the other, but clearly, the SCOTUS did not share that opinion.)

This administration's response, to apologize for the exercise of free speech and lament the violence that "wasted the lives of state officials"("or alternatively, because this is a translation of an egyptian source: "wasted lives of agents of the state.") rather than to declare war [until LIBYA surrenders or provides a reason strong enough to prevent us from turning that nation into a glass parking lot (Terrorists did it and we couldn't control them-not believable at this point in the game, but plausible for quelling a declaration of war until the perpetrators were surrendered for judgement)], was a statement to the world and Americans that this administration regards the individual as being of little intrinsic value. The first time I mentioned this statement, I was willing to allow that it might be merely an unfortunate translation. Given the continuing actions of this administration, I no longer think so. 

That is the sickness that gnaws at my soul every time I hear from the government now.

•  A government consisting of: a sitting POTUS and administration that made that heinous statement to the world(in addition to their surrender of America to the islamic world) ;
•  A Congress that does not see fit to impeach the sitting POTUS who would make such a statement (and who also treasonously surrendered and who has committed numerous acts of overt treason against this nation);
• A SCOTUS who will not hear from citizens on legitimate questions of that same POTUS' eligibility to serve, saying that We the People, as individuals, have no standing to see the rule of law upheld.

This cause of that "soul sickness" in ordinary American citizens like myself is what must be addressed before this nation can reclaim it's freedom. 

This is what defines mr. obama as unfit to run a turnip patch, much less America. This is a disregard of common human decency so vast as to boggle the mind. This should have been sufficient for impeachment, but it was not.

Until it is, and until the intrinsic value of every individual is once again recognized in America, the blood of  Ambassador Stevens, Mr. Smith, Mr. Doherty and Mr. Woods will cry out from the ground against an America that allowed freedom to die with them. 

"Even so would he have removed thee out of the strait into a broad place, where there is no straitness; and that which should be set on thy table should be full of fatness.

 But thou hast fulfilled the judgment of the wicked: judgment and justice take hold on thee.

 Because there is wrath, beware lest he take thee away with his stroke: then a great ransom cannot deliver thee." ~ Job 36:16-18

Welcome to Dhimmitude or did you miss the surrender of America?

The mainstream media and much of the rest of America and the world missed or are refusing to recognize the start of World War 3 and the first actions of a re-emergent caliphate in the middle east.

Many have noted that these attacks on our embassies appeared to be coordinated. There are other factors to be considered such as: the insecure nature of the Libyan embassy; the lack of proper security precautions allowed to the embassy guards; the lack of Mr. obama's presence in his intelligence briefings of late; the money promised to the Muslim Brotherhood in various nations across the middle east by the obama administration; and the fundamental material support the Muslim Brotherhood has been given by this administration, both overt and hidden along with the message that sends to the Islamic world.

When all that is taken into account, along with the Islamic worldview, what comes up is a very disturbing picture. In describing that picture, it is necessary to reference the Islamic world, because that is how the followers of Islam, regardless of nationality, are to view themselves. They belong to Islam, not to any real estate limited nation. This is not referring to individual Muslims or specific sects, only to what has been observed to be accepted among the followers of Islam. 

They have a separate social, financial and legal system that is supposed to receive precedence over any other governmental system or authority. There are places where separate property records for Dar al-Islam or “the house of Islam” are kept worldwide, because property, once owned by a Muslim, is regarded as being the property of allah, held in perpetuity by Islam. (This leads to an “interesting” view of history that does not necessarily comport with the way the rest of the world records it.) This record of property is essential for maintaining the islamic worldview because it is the goal of Islam to conquer the world for allah. When Islam can be said, through these records, to be in  at least "moral" possession(having owned it once) of the entire globe, then they will know how close they are to completing that goal. 

It is important to be aware of these things, because it shows with what caution and through what motivational lens we must evaluate the actions and motives of the followers of Islam. Assigning an American, European, Chinese, Russian or other national/cultural motivational model to the followers of Islam is a mistake.

In evaluating the events of the past week there are a few basics we must recognize:

1.  The purpose for the founding of the Muslim Brotherhood is/was to re-establish the Islamic caliphate after the fall of the Ottoman Empire. They may have been used by the Saudis for empire building, but their goal never changed.
2.  Mr. obama is the first acting POTUS ever to have an intimate knowledge and understanding of Islam from the point of view of a being raised by a practicing Muslim in an Islamic nation. He is not, therefore to be compared to Mr. Carter in this series of events, because Mr. Carter may creditably claim ignorance of how his actions would have been perceived within the Islamic world. (If he even recognized that the world of Islam viewed itself as a coherent unit, with it’s own government despite lacking a specific piece of real estate to label as the "country" of Islam.) If there has ever been an individual occupying the seat of the POTUS who has the cultural and intellectual basis to comprehend these things-it is, without question, Mr. obama.
3. Prior to the killing of Osama Bin Laden, (by Mr. obama’s order) he was one of 3 main contenders for the title of caliph of the tempestuously emerging caliphate. The attacks of 9/11 gave him great prestige in the Islamic world. Mr. Bin Laden was removed by the order of an individual, Mr. obama, who has spent a great deal of American money and influence to support and bring into power, members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Update: I find that I must add a critical bit of information to make this relevant to those who have no idea why this is relevant-or even worse - fail to comprehend how this gives Mr. obama prestige and standing in the islamic world of the muslim brotherhood. Mr. Bin Laden, in his attack on 9/11 nearly awoke the sleeping giant that is America. This would not serve the vital interests of the muslim brotherhood in the re-establishment of the islamic caliphate through the means which they already had in place. Those means, among others consist of: Semantic jihad, financial terrorism, and various social brainwashing efforts pushed through the progressive/socialist/communist groups already at work here.  
4.  The Islamic worldview is that there are two groups in the world: Dar al-Islam; the house of Islam and Dar al-Harb; the house of war. (i.e. Islam and those awaiting conquest by Islam. Please note that this does not even allow for the possibility of failure/loss on the part of Islam, ever –only the occasional appearance of retreats. Combine that with the requirement to regard all property ever owned by a Muslim as belonging to allah, held by Islam in perpetuity, and you may begin to see the importance of the Islamic worldview in evaluating the events of the past week.)

The outline of what happened on Wednesday and following, with those basics in mind, is as follows:

• The Islamic world committed a deliberate and considered act of war against America.
• This was done, to provoke one of two possible responses: retaliation or surrender. (Any response would fall into one of these two categories as far as the Islamic world is concerned. [As demonstrated by the very nature of a mind set that views only the house of Islam and the house of war as legitimate entities in the grand scheme of things.] The followers of Islam don’t really care what the rest of the world thinks. The rest of the world is wrong anyway, or it would already have joined Dar al Islam, after all.)
• Mr. obama, both personally and through the responses of his administration – apologized.

Understand fully what this means. A man who is ostensibly in charge of “the great Satan” , a man whom much of the Muslim world views as a Muslim practicing taqiyya (and possibly maruna as well) for the purpose of advancing Islam, a man who has the full knowledge and experience to fully comprehend what such a response would say to the Islamic world APOLOGIZED for having been attacked. 

In addition to being an accepted form of surrender, an apology in most Islamic cultures indicates a definite claim of guilt along with a recognition that a repayment is required. I realize that some pundits will take issue with the idea of an apology being a form of surrender. They are either misled or duplicitous. Many will tend to comfort themselves with the notion that, because the rest of the world does not recognize the political reality of Dar al Islam, that means that no political leaders can surrender to it. They are in denial or, again, duplicitous( Or perhaps lacking the ability to comprehend the notion that a legitimate political entity can exist in the absence of specific borders-think of the united nations for an example.).

If that all wasn’t clear enough, let me restate the preceding. Mr. obama, in full knowledge and with deliberate intent, built up and supported into power the Muslim Brotherhood, an entity whose sole purpose is to re-establish an Islamic caliphate. He then SURRENDERED America to Dar al Islam in response to an attack on American soil. In doing so, he also extended an invitation to come and take the spoils of war from America and all it’s entities across the globe. The acting POTUS/CiC declared open season on America, it’s citizens and it’s wealth to Dar al Islam. What has followed, both in attacks on our embassies abroad as well as incidents across our nation, has been the followers of Islam responding to that invitation. Yes, there may be and most likely are, other schemes and politicking going on with this, but they pale in comparison beside the significance of this one treasonous action.

Mr. obama needs to be impeached and tried for treason immediately. There must also be a swift and decisive response to inform the caliphate of the Muslim brotherhood and the rest of Dar al Islam that America has not now, nor will she ever surrender to Islam.

Personally, I think that the Congress and the msm will ignore this blatant act of treason and justify doing so by the nearness of the election. This is cowardice and cowardice for which America will pay in blood and treasure, possibly for decades to come. This was the opening act of world war three and no one in the government of the USA or the msm media has acknowledged or will acknowledge that fact. This is moral cowardice and treason.  (I may have to acknowledge a mistake here. After numerous conversations with the aides of members of the House, it has become painfully apparent to me that our nations “leaders” have not availed themselves of the decade+ since 9/11 to educate themselves about our enemy-Islam. Instead of cowardice and treason, it may actually be sheer incompetence on the part of many. The msm remains without excuse, as it is their very function to perform such research and inform the American people the results.)

The means by which this war will be waged are unlike those of any previous war in American history. It is and will be waged on our soil and abroad and by ALL means possible. That includes financial, social, legal, semantic, political and etc. Islam is known for using ALL means available to it for conquest, including the womb. Because Americans in general have not recognized these tactics as tactics of war in the past, we are hugely vulnerable to their employment now.

Welcome to World War Three. It’s likely to appear peaceful on the surface while being, in actuality, quite brutal. I suggest we wake up and do so quickly. The time for sleep is over. Call Congress and demand impeachment and suitable retaliation now, or accept that the blood spilled in this war is on your hands.

Treason, High Crimes and Misdemeanors

Update: The two other embassy employees have now been identified as Navy SEALs Glen Doherty, 42, a native of Winchester, Mass., and Tyrone Woods, 41. RIP gentlemen. This author's gratitude for your service and sincere condolences and prayers go out to your families and friends as they do also to the families and friends of Ambassador Stevens and Mr. Smith. Please also note that there have been some changes in the last paragraph since the original posting.
I also neglected to note the conclusion of the UN conference on small arms. One in which Mrs. rodham-clinton has been doing her level best to commit the USA to UN gun control without the approval of congress or the American people. My apologies for that egregious omission.
As I am quite sure that most informed people have heard by now, our embassies are being attacked across the middle east. Our ambassador to Libya, Mr.J Christopher Stevens along with Mr. Sean Smith, and two other embassy employees whose names have not yet been released, were cruelly and foully murdered.

Murdered? wasn't this just a spontaneous riot situation emerging out of a protest? Not according to the reports I've read, unless you happen to be of the opinion that normal people bring rocket propelled grenade launchers to a protest. In addition, I cannot adequately convey the depth of my loathing for the people who did this. What makes it different from any other terrorist attack or riot that loathing is the appropriate reaction? This article, which says that the ambassador was raped before he was murdered. The quote in the article attributed to Mr. obama, is also quite, quite reprehensible. It indicates that the only reason to be upset over the murder is ...well I'll let you read it yourself. Perhaps it is a glitch in the translation software, that would be nice, but I suspect it is not.

"Obama said in a statement after the murder of the u.s. Ambassador and three employees in a missile attack on their car in Benghazi "I asked my Department to provide all the necessary resources to ensure our employees in Libya and tighten security at diplomatic missions throughout the world."

"The US Administration refuses to abuse the religious beliefs of others but we clearly oppose this kind of senseless violence, which wasted lives of agents of the State".

That's right, it's not about the loss of 4 unique and intrinsically valuable human beings, but about losing tools for the government. I hope that is nothing more than a translation fail, because, if not, it is a human being fail on the part of Mr. obama.

Mr. obama is, apparently even refusing to call this a terror attack. I have to admit he's correct there. It wasn't a terror attack-it was an act of war. Yes, an attack on an embassy is an act of war and everyone knows this. Yet, we are being asked to believe that the totalitarian regimes who oppress these people were unable to provide adequate security or even facilities for our embassy in Libya. A situation bound to invite trouble. Perhaps Mr. obama would have been inclined to fix it, had he been attending his intelligence briefings to know of it. But he had been skipping them for the past few days. Why?

Then there is the egregious first part of the statement-the apology. It is un-American, unethical, treasonous, and a violation of the oath of office - assuming he actually took it that second time around. Americans can say whatever they like about whatever they like and if it offends someone-too bad!

 For instance, right now, I will say that islam is evil. It is a religion of evil and nothing but evil. I can even say that I think Mr. obama is receiving these embassy attacks as a gift, payback if you will, from the muslim brotherhood for putting them in power so that they can be that much closer to achieving their goal of re-establishing the caliphate.  I can say that I think he is and will be using these attacks for political reasons and that we can expect them to continue until the election.  I can say that, without fear of reprisal, here, because my right to say it is a self-evident, God given, constitutionally affirmed, American right and many people have paid for it in blood since this nation's founding. To deny it would be a slap in the face of our military past and present and a denial of all that America stands for.

Why would I say that? Because I think it is true. This particular date, in addition to being a re-run of 9-11 for Americans was also the date on which a Judicial Committee hearing on Mr. obama's abuse of government power was scheduled. Have we heard anything about that? Nope. A report also came out yesterday saying that seniors and the poor are going to be more likely to die under obamacare than if the Congress and this administration had kept their power hungry, meddling hands off of our health care system. Have you heard that? No?
Here's another story you probably won't be hearing much about that also came out yesterday. A federal judge ruled the indefinite detention provision of the NDAA to be unconstitutional. Then there are the numbers from the census dept. showing very bad things for the obama administration's handling of the economy as well. Let's not forget the unconstitutional attack on the right to bear arms as well. Some may read that one and say it's just common sense. Constitutionally aware citizens know that the federal government is specifically prohibited by the Constitution from restricting the right to bear arms. That is wholly a state issue.
Then there is Mr. obama's sending of representatives from major US corporations to jump start the economy - of Egypt, the announcement of QE3 and etc. on down the line.

How much blood will need to be spilled to cover up this traitorous usurper's path to the "fundamental transformation" (i.e. total destruction) of America?

Oh sure, I can read. The msm and politicians of all stripes are rushing to cover their you know whats and indulging in utterly disgusting sound bites to enhance their political campaigns/careers over this. Claiming that it wasn't an act of war(it was), that it wasn't reflective of "true" islam (it is), and then gradually segueing into a blame the victim spiel that would make the most practiced cult manipulator or abuser proud. Condemning the rights of American citizens to say whatever they want. (Coptic Christians who fled here from Egypt were thought to be the producers of the film that supposedly set this off.) Claiming that they offended the followers of islam by saying mean things about their prophet. Boo-Hoo. The film's producer, American-Israeli filmmaker Sam Bacile, was doing us a service, attempting to wake America up to the danger of the true islam. He said "Islam is a cancer, period,"  If the result of that little film is this violence and murder, I have to say any reasonable observer who is not in denial would tend to agree with the filmmaker about true islam and the evil that it produces in the world.

Oh, but the leaders of those nations are apologizing and the citizens are saying they don't support those actions. (While still condemning the poorly made film and the insult they claim to their evil prophet and his even more heinous deity.) Well, you know what? Tough noogies. When I combine these latest outrages with the writings and doctrines of islam, the picture I see is one of deceit, manipulation and continuing violence to ensure the overall goal of islam-that of world wide conquest.

As for those who were outside the Libyan embassy with signs of condemnation for the acts of the murderers - where were they that night? Where were they when they knew that this was happening? Hiding? Evincing the same cowardice Americans have been showing regarding this and many other issues for years by indulging in some comfortable denial of the truth? Or were they in the crowds that murdered our fellow citizens in cold blood? If you want me to believe that you are sincere about deploring this behavior then prove it. Look at your "religion" objectively, recognize it for the evil that it is and walk away from it. Repudiate it utterly and with such strength that those you claim to be a small number of fundamentalists will not dare to show their faces for fear of YOU. And that conversion away from the evil that is islam needs to start at the top.

Until that happens I will not be fooled or manipulated. On Tuesday, I would have said, that instead of military might, we need to make a concerted effort to use the greatest weapon at our disposal to help these people -Christianity. But now I see that they will only convert to Christianity after a show of strength to convince them that Christians are not doormats. So be it.

All right, that is out of my system. Now I will say, Christianity is still our greatest weapon and we are fools and cowards who refrain from using it to it's fullest potential.

As for Mr. obama, his apologies are nothing short of treason. (and not the first instance of treason on his part either.) I called Mr. Boehner and Mr. Inouye's offices yesterday to demand that he be impeached. How can I say it is treason? There is an obviously planned attack on US embassies. An overt act of war against America. In the islamic world, any failure to meet such a provocation with equal or greater force is seen as submission. And what did our usurper do? Did he meet force with force? Did he demand the murderers be given over into American hands immediately under threat of greater force? Did he show that America is still to be respected in any way? No. He apologized. He submitted totally and completely in a manner designed to show the islamic world that America has just surrendered to the muslim brotherhood. And as a man who was quoted on the campaign trail in 2008 as saying the morning call to prayer is the prettiest sound in the world, who then went on to perfectly perform that call to prayer with accuracy and to compliments from islamic leaders, is there any way that he could possibly claim to be ignorant of what he has just done? There is not. It is treason, blatant and most foul treason. If Congress refuses to remove this traitor from office immediately and replace him with a leader who will offer an appropriate response to this desecration of our embassies and our people, then they are complicit and must also be removed. If we do not do this, immediately, then we will deserve what is coming now that the islamic world regards America as their conquered dhimmis.
 Will the rest of America join me? Or will you merely post to facebook and sign impotent petitions left and right and tweet your outrage while refusing to call your elected representatives out of fear? Fear of what? Being thought crazy or unreasonable? Grow up and do your civic duty...before it's too late.

(My apologies to Mr. Boehner's aide, for being overly grouchy at her - but really? Is that the kind of c*** you've been using to intimidate American citizens out of demanding that Congress do it's job? You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves!)

     Not happy with the candidates presented to the brainwashed (as in "we HAVE to vote for someone who can win because we don't have enough faith in God and our fellow Americans to find a truly decent candidate and vote for them even if we do so alone.") but still haven't made up your mind about the 200+ candidates registered with the FEC? Just an update. I have not added content to this page recently, not because there isn't anything worth adding or because I am busy or ill, but rather because I happen to think that this declaration is more important than anything else I could post at this point in history. It has been usurped and we must restore it. This, in my opinion is the last chance for We the People to do so peacefully.

prepare and present this Call-to-Action on behalf of the U.S. Constitution, the Republic, the Rule of Law
and equal justice for all freedom loving citizens of the United States of America. Acting together as one,

Barack Obama’s once strong approval rating now stands at only 19%. The approval rating of congress is

Central power in Washington D.C. grew ever more powerful, ever more abusive, and ever more

This must not be permitted to stand…

At this late date, the individually itemized list of abuses and usurpations would require an encyclopedia of

legitimate honest courtroom in the country to which all evidence could be presented.
There is no Article or Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which the current leadership in Washington
D.C. has not abused and/or usurped over the last three years.
As a result, the normal courses of action for redress may not be adequate to solve the problem today, as
all three branches of the federal government are currently acting as one, all of them beyond the scope and
power granted them by the Constitution, against the principles of freedom, liberty and self-governance,
and at odds with the vast majority of citizens.
Yet the Constitutional Representative Republic must be restored, no matter the means or the cost.

It is on this foundation that we morally and rightfully call for all good people to rise up, stand together,
move to restore the Constitutional Republic, and hold those who have and would stand against the people,
fully accountable.

WE THE PEOPLE

In addition to the known fact that the Obama/Biden ticket was advanced by way of fraudulent
representations concerning the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama II, under Article II
requirements for the office of President, the Obama/Biden has committed countless crimes against the
U.S. Constitution, our Republican form of government and the American people while in control of the
Executive Branch.
They are not able to do this alone, but with the help and cover of many anti-American players, who have
also acted at odds with their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution, our Republic and the people of

President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and
Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, -- the Congress may by
Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and
Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act
accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.

2. That every verifiable member of The Communist Party USA, The Socialist Party USA and The
Democratic Socialists of America be immediately publicly identified and removed from office for
overtly acting against freedom, liberty and the Constitutional Republic.

3. That in the event that these individuals refuse to immediately resign in an orderly fashion
designed to serve the best interests of the United States, we demand that the 66 members of the
people’s House who voted against the recent raising of the nation’s debt ceiling, to immediately
begin impeachment proceedings against every member of the Obama administration.

4. That the seven remaining members of the U.S. Supreme Court place an immediate stay on all
Executive and Legislative actions taken under the term of the unconstitutional administration
beginning January 20, 2009.

5. That remaining members of the House and Senate immediately act to name new majority and
minority leaders of congress, and work with the U.S. Supreme Court in the assigning of new
temporary Executive Branch members, acting on behalf of the people and the will of the
American majority until such time that the citizens of the United States can elect their new
representatives in 2012.

6. The immediate and unconditional dissolution of all special interest congressional caucuses,
including but not limited to The Progressive Caucus, The Black Caucus. In addition, the
immediate closure of any and all congressional committees which have been given
unconstitutional powers, including the Debt Committee of twelve just formed. Individuals are
elected by the people to represent ALL of the people, not special interest groups.

7. That each state government immediately act to enforce its 10th Amendment right to protect and
defend the people of their state against a tyrannical central power in Washington D.C., by
recalling all State Guard troops home to protect the sovereignty and security of their respective
citizens, as well as state resources and governments.

8. That each state government act immediately to cut itself off from federal funding, and take the
necessary actions to balance their own state and local budgets immediately.

These are our initial demands and nothing less than complete compliance with each of these demands is
acceptable to the people of the United States. These demands have been published for public support and
delivered to all members of Congress.

Further, it is our position that the normal constitutional line of succession to the presidency does not apply
in this circumstance, due to the widespread complicity by members of congress, regarding both the
original fraud that placed this administration in power and the ongoing effort to cover up the greatest
fraud ever perpetrated on the American citizens.
The abuse and usurpation of the U.S. Constitution will not be allowed to stand. It is on this basis that We
the People make these demands, in full compliance with the law of this land, the Constitution of the
United States of America.

It is our sincere desire to affect these immediate and unconditional changes to the people’s government
through peaceful processes, causing a minimum degree of disruption to the vital ongoing business of the
people and their representative government.
The individuals named in our demand for immediate and unconditional resignations have acted directly
and overtly against the people, the states and the Constitution and they must be held fully accountable for
their actions.

Call for the People to ACT Now

We are openly calling for the American people to draw a final line in the sand and take a moral and
righteous stand for the Constitutional Republic, the rule of law and the future of freedom and liberty.
The time to be tolerant and silent has passed and the time for serious action has arrived. Only the people
can restore the Constitution as the Supreme Law of this Land. We must do it peacefully if at all possible
and our Founders provided all the tools necessary for peaceful corrections of a ship set off course by
internal enemies.

We are calling for the following specific actions, by every active and former service member and
every patriotic citizen, no matter their political stripe...

 We call upon all members of the U.S. Military, the U.S. Supreme Court, Federal, State, County,
Local Law Enforcement, and all Intelligence agencies, to direct all assets of the people of the
United States towards the restoration of the Constitutional Republic and stand with the American
citizens in compliance with their oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution and the people
of the United States.

 We call upon ALL American citizens to provide necessary pressure on all law enforcement,
judicial, intelligence and military agencies, until those who have sworn to protect and defend the
Constitution begin to act upon those oaths.

 The current administration has done all it can to whip racial tensions and class warfare into fullblown
riots and civil war, including scheduling a ―U.S. Day of Rage‖ for communists, labor
union socialists, illegal immigrants, Muslims and blacks across the country. Their ―Day of Rage‖
was scheduled for Constitution Day, September 17, 2011, and although it was a total flop, they
will continue to rage against America. It is an open assault on free-market capitalism, waged by
modern day Marxists who must be stripped of their entitlement mentality. The LEFT is also
planning a ―Cairo style occupation of Washington in October, on the ground on Wall Street now
and headed towards Washington D.C.‖ These events are being run by the Obama White House,
via a number of left-wing front organizations.

 We The Veteran Defenders of America and The United States Patriots Union call for a
“unified march” from ALL fifty (50) states to Washington D.C. on Friday November 11, 2011,
Veterans Day - led by American veterans and former service members with a clear purpose – to
demand the immediate restoration of the U.S. Constitution, the removal and prosecution all of the
individuals named herein, by voluntary resignation or articles of impeachment, and the end to
Sharia Law on American soil. The Veterans March on D.C. Day – In defense of freedom,
liberty and justice.

 We call for all Americans who truly do support our troops to march on D.C. with our veterans.
We call upon ALL independent truckers, independent contractors, all non-union workers,
all independent business owners, agents and investors, all who support free-market
capitalism and the right to work, earn and own, to march together with our veterans and
former service members on November 11, 2011 – Veterans Day!

 To be prepared to act as citizens to protect and preserve the Constitutional Republic, in the event
that our public servants, who have sworn an oath to the Constitutional Republic, refuse for any
reason, to act upon those oaths.

 To act peacefully, but prepared for a violent reaction from our nation’s enemies. To avoid if
possible, the RACE WAR being incited by the Obama Administration and the Black and
Progressive Caucus’s.

 Locally, to confront all anti-American infringements upon our Natural Rights with boots on the
ground whenever and wherever local, state or federal officials act beyond their scope of authority,
or at odds with the Constitutional Rights of the people.

 To begin to openly identify and address government corruption at the local, county and state
levels, too often found in both governmental and law enforcement offices, also sworn to protect
and serve the people of the United States.

 To be ready and willing to end the taxation without real representation by refusing to fund the
anti-American regime currently in control of Washington D.C., until such time as the taxpayers of
this nation are once again properly represented.

 To make the necessary provisions to secure and protect your families and neighborhoods in the
event of economic instability and social chaos, similar to events already witnessed abroad, by
stocking up on cash, food and water supplies, as well as personal protection items.

 In the event that the current administration or its thug supporters attempt to use government or
civilian force and violence to silence the people, as in the cases of Syria, Libya, Yemen, China’s
Tiananmen Square, the Bonus Army of 1932 in the United States, or the UK presently wrestling
with black and Muslim violence, the people must be prepared to defend themselves against such
tyrannical tactics. We cannot expect that the federal government will act in the best interest of
American veterans or citizens.

This CALL FOR ACTION is being issued as a joint initiative, by the leaders and members of The
Veteran Defenders of America, The United States Patriots Union. All citizens who want to see the
Constitutional Republic restored immediately are encouraged to immediately join one of these unified
organizations and become directly engaged in our joint missions to restore America to that shining city on
a hill, and beacon of freedom and liberty around the world. We the People are the solution!

Volunteer leaders across the country must join one of these organizations to take part in leading in their
local areas. All supporters who do not wish to join these organizations but who do support the initiative
can keep up with information concerning the action here.
Foundation for Our United Action
Our Declaration of 1776 establishes the principles upon which The United States of America was
founded. On September 17, 1787, our nation’s Founders ratified The United States Constitution, forming
a Constitutional Representative Republic as our system of self-governance. From that day forward, the
American people are guaranteed a Constitutional Representative Republic of, by and for the people,
which was to at all times, operate within the confines of the limited authority provided the government by
the people and their respective states.
For decades, our federal government has been operating beyond its constitutional authority, infringing
upon the Natural Rights of every American citizen and every American enterprise, until our government
has indeed become destructive of the common cause of freedom and liberty.
In its usurpations of the Constitution, it has committed atrocities against the people for which it was
designed to protect and serve, until the people are forced to rise up in the name of freedom and liberty,
casting off the shackles of soft tyranny and it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to
institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such
form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and
to provide new Guards for their future security.
Our United Mission
We are finished with changing America to suit every anti-American whim… This time, the change is
coming to Washington D.C.

It is not our intent to separate from any foreign King, nor to abolish or alter our Constitutional
Representative Republic, but rather to restore it, as the Supreme law of this land, under which both the
government and the governed must live.

Our united mission is to end the march of democratic socialism, which has become the most dangerous
modern threat to American peace, prosperity, freedom and liberty and reinstate the republican form of
self-governance guaranteed every citizen in the U.S. Constitution.
To accomplish this objective, the people responsible for the usurpation of the Constitution must be
immediately removed from office and held fully accountable for their actions, setting an example for
future generations, who must also be forever vigilant in the common defense of freedom and liberty.

The long train of abuses and usurpations must be brought to a swift end and the Constitutional Republic
must prevail, or the United States of America will soon cease to exist.
Our mission is just – it is moral – it is legal and constitutional and it is necessary…

This is not a call to overthrow our entire institutions of government, or subvert the Law of the Land, but
rather to restore those institutions to their honorable constitutional forms. As such, and under their oaths
to the Constitution and the people whom they are sworn to protect and defend against all enemies, foreign
and domestic, it is incumbent upon every citizen, veteran, soldier, officer and agent to use the tools of the
people to protect the people and return our government to a Constitutional Republic of, by and for the
people.

Let Freedom Ring! May the Creator, who endowed each of us with certain unalienable rights, among
them the right to Life, Liberty and the individual Pursuit of Happiness free from government tyranny,
bless this mission of, by and for the people of the United States, and may the Lord let freedom ring in
America, once again.
We demand an end to government corruption, an end to despotic leadership in D.C., an end to the current
assault on all decent and honest American taxpayers, businesses and honorable public servants of the
people.

We demand the peaceful return of the people’s government, and we will remain resolute in the defense of
the Constitution and the United States of America until the people can once again, feel secure in their
nation and government.
